This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains the terms and conditions governing the shipment of products purchased through our platform. Shipping Locations  

We currently ship orders to all pin codes within India. At present, international shipping services are not available.  

Processing Time  

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.  

Once processing is complete, a confirmation email containing order details will be sent to you.  

Delivery Timeline  

Our standard delivery timeframe ranges from 3–8 business days, allowing us to deliver your fashion selections efficiently.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery in such cases.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.  

In the event that a shipment is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund after confirmation with the courier partner.
